Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tyzra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Tyzra Provides

Tyzra is a platform that connects online physique coaches with their clients. Coaches can create check-in templates, review client submissions, manage workout plans, and track client progress. Clients can submit check-ins, upload progress photos, log workouts, and communicate with their coach.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• Coach accounts are created through signup. Client accounts are created through coach-issued invites.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications as a coach.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including progress photos, check-in responses, and workout data. By using Tyzra, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

Coaches retain ownership of their templates, workout plans, and feedback. Clients retain ownership of their submissions and photos.

Coach-Client Relationship

Tyzra is a tool that facilitates the coach-client relationship. Tyzra is not a party to any coaching agreement, does not provide coaching services, and is not responsible for the advice, programs, or guidance provided by coaches. Coaches are independent professionals responsible for their own services.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Tyzra available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Tyzra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyzra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from coaching advice received through the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the application. Continued use of Tyzra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
